Some find it hard to keep looking ahead and not revisiting what’s behind!
I have been thinking lately of the people in ministry I know who managed to overcome the obstacles and difficulties that used to hold them back. Too often, people I have worked with successfully moved into new ground, but in time, revisited the old ground that could have and should have been left behind. This is an easy and constant temptation. I have observed that the one element common to these folks is their inclination to separate from people who can uplift them and keep them accountable. Relationship with people who care has a great many advantages. Value it and guard it. What do you think?
